At Site Working - Precautions
I work normally, but wish to apply reasonable safeguards for both you and me, so I will wear a face mask.
If working space there is small, or lacks sufficient ventilation I will ask that it is minimally occupied just before and during my visit, and that any vulnerable persons there I will keep a safe distance.
Alternatives
Repairs by Remote Control - I can make a remote connection into your device to do work on it. This relies on devices being able to be connected to, and the broadband connection is working satisfactorily. (This can also work with Talktalk broadband once a small change has been made to a setting).
Off Site Repairs
Should the above not be possible and if your device can be repaired off site, (either by me collecting it, or you delivering it), then I am happy to do this. It is recognised that infections from physical contact are much less than breathed particles, however I ask that some precautions are observed, thank you.
When returning devices to you I will apply the same cleaning protocol to the devices and again maintain distance at 2 metres minimum.
